At Pipeliners Cloud, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom or used equipment is not eligible for return due to safety and health regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
